University of Cambridge Online, Edureka to launch 3 online programmes

University of Cambridge Online and Edureka will launch online programmes on human computer interaction, big data and creativity, problem solving and design thinking.
NEW DELHI: The University of Cambridge Online has partnered with Edureka, an ed-tech company, to bring online higher education courses to India by offering innovative courses curated and led by the University of Cambridge academics.
According to Edureka, it will introduce three cutting-edge programmes designed by Cambridge experts to bridge the gap between traditional and online education methods, making world-class academic content accessible to Indian learners.

The company stated that on enrolling in these programmes participants will have the opportunity to engage in live sessions with faculty members from the University of Cambridge Online and will gain insights directly from experts in their respective fields.
Upon successful course completion, participants will be awarded certificates having the credentials of the University of Cambridge Online.
Newly launched online courses on Edureka platform
Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) for artificial intelligence (AI) systems design: This programme will be taught under the guidance of Per Ola Kristensson professor of Interactive Systems Engineering at the University of Cambridge. According to the company, the HCI programme focuses on equipping learners with the expertise to design AI systems that prioritise human-centered approaches.
Leveraging Big Data for Business Intelligence: Under the guidance of Russell Hunter, a PhD in Computational Neuroscience and Senior Software Engineer at the University of Cambridge, this programme offers knowledge on big data analytics.
Creativity, Problem-Solving, and Design Thinking: This programme will be led by Nathan Crilly, professor of design in the Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge. The programme aims to equip learners with innovation and problem-solving skills by exploring inventive approaches as per the company.
