NEW DELHI - CAT convener Prof Harshal Lowalekar has stated that the date for the release of the CAT answer key will be announced next week on the official website iimcat.ac.in. The Common Admission Test also known as CAT was conducted successfully on November 29 in three slots. In the past the CAT answer year used to be released within a week’s time after the CAT exam. Prof Lowalekar in an email response said, “We have not yet announced any specific date for the objection management system going live but by next week hopefully we will announce it on the CAT website.”

Objective of CAT Answer Key 2020
IIM Indore, the conducting IIM for CAT 2020 will provide the individual CAT response sheet along with the question paper so that the candidates are able to assess their performance in the exam. With the help of CAT 2020 answer key, candidates will allo get to know which questions they have answered correctly and which of them incorrectly. Also if the candidates find any discrepancy in the CAT answer key which has been released, they will get an opportunity to challenge it also within the stipulated time frame.
About CAT 2020
The Common Admission Test is conducted annually either in the last week of November or first week of December on a rotational basis by the IIMs. This year there was a change in the CAT exam pattern as the entrance test was conducted in three shifts and the duration of the exam was also reduced from three hours to two hours. Also the total number of questions that were asked in CAT 2020 were reduced from 100 to 76.
