CBSE Class 10, 12 practical exam 2023 to start from January 1; board asks schools to take steps

NEW DELHI: The Central Board Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 10, 12 annual practical exam, internal assessment and project assessment for session 2022-23 are scheduled to start from January 1, 2023.

The CBSE Board has directed all affiliated schools, students to take necessary actions to ensure timely completion of practical exams. CBSE Class 10, 12 date sheet 2023 will be soon released on the official website, cbse.gov.in. CBSE Class 10, 12 exam 2023 time table will have the subject-wise exam dates, exam timings and important instructions for students.

The board informed that students will not be given second chance to appear in the CBSE Class 10, 12 practicals 2023. The board advised students to be aware of the CBSE syllabus of the subject in which a student is appearing.

The schools were asked to ensure that the syllabus for practical exams is completed in time. The other instructions given to schools are as follows.

The schools will ensure that necessary arrangements like preparation and stocking of laboratories and identification of internal examiners have been done in time.

The schools should inform students and families about the Class 10, 12 date sheet of practical exams. CBSE Class 12 practical exams will be conducted only by external examiners only, the board informed.

As per various reports, the CBSE Class 10, 12 board exams 2023 are expected to begin from February 15 , 2023. Students will be able to download the CBSE Board exam 2023 time table PDF from cbse.gov.in.
