CG PET 2024 counselling phase 1 registration ends tomorrow; allotment on August 14

NEW DELHI : The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Chhattisgarh will close the registration window for the Chhattisgarh Pre-Engineering Test (CG PET) counselling 2024 phase 1 tomorrow, August 12. Candidates who qualified the entrance exam can participate in CG PET 2024 phase 1 counselling through the official website of DTE, cgdteraipur.cgstate.gov.in.
As per the schedule, CG PET counselling 2024 phase 1 seat allotment result will be announced on August 14, 2024. There will be three rounds of counselling – phase 1, phase 2, and institute-level. The CG PET 2024 counselling process will include registration, allotment of seats, and reporting to allotted institutes.
Candidates in the unreserved category must have obtained at least 45% of the total marks in their Class 12 diploma from a recognized board. Reserved category candidates from Chhattisgarh must have secured at least 40%. According to the regulations of the respective board, each of the three main subjects recommended by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) must be passed separately in both theory and practical exams.

After the successful completion of the registrations, candidates will have to be present for the seat allotment round followed by admission completion.
The CG PET 2024 counselling will be conducted for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered at state technical institutes.
