How to fill CLAT application form 2021

Visit the official website of Consortium - consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

Click on the “CLAT 2021” link to open the admission portal

Register using your name, email address and contact address.

Fill the application form by entering personal information, communication details, educational qualification details, reservation status and NLU preference.

Submit the application form and complete the application process by paying registration fees. The application fee can be submitted online using net banking, credit card or debit card options.

CLAT 2021 will be conducted in offline mode. Originally, CLAT was scheduled to be held on May 9, 2021. However, due to the CBSE board exam dates and COVID-19 pandemic, the authorities had postponed the exam indefinitely .

CLAT 2021 syllabus and pattern
CLAT is conducted for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate law programmes. It is a comprehension based test of a two-hour duration. Here are the details of the CLAT syllabus and test structure.
UG-CLAT syllabus 2021
The UG-CLAT is conducted at the intermediate level. The question paper will have five sections namely - legal aptitude, general knowledge and current affairs, English language and comprehension, quantitative ability and logical reasoning.

PG-CLAT syllabus 2021
The PG-CLAT will have two sections; objective and descriptive sections. In the objective section, 120 MCQs questions will be asked, each carrying one mark. The descriptive or essay section, on the other hand, will test the writing skills of the candidates. In this section, candidates will be given four to five topics of law and contemporary issues. Candidates will have to write essays of 800 words each. The PG-CLAT syllabus includes the following topics.
