CLAT 2022 seat allotment result today at consortiumofnlus.ac.in

Candidates will be able to check the CLAT 2022 seat allotment status online, by logging into their registered accounts at - consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

NEW DELHI: The Consortium of National Law University (NLUs) will declare the result of CLAT 2022 seat allotment today, June 30, 2022. Candidates who have registered for CLAT counselling and submitted the registration fee will be considered for the seat allotment. The allotment status will be communicated to such candidates on their CLAT registered accounts. Additionally, the provisional merit lists of CLAT 2022 will also be published on the official website.

How to check CLAT seat allotment 2022?

• Visit the official website of consortium - consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

• Log in using the registration number/mobile number and password

• Open the allotment status to know about the college

What after CLAT seat allotment?

Candidates who have received the allotment will have three options;

• Accepting the seat

• Applying for an upgrade

• Exiting the admission process.

Candidates who accept the seat allotment must complete the admission process by submitting the documents and NLU fees. After accepting the allotment, they will not be considered for any subsequent counselling rounds.

Candidates who apply for an upgrade will be considered for the next round of counselling only if they submit the documents along with NLU fees. Candidates who submit documents without the prescribed NLU fees will not be considered for the second round. Further, their current seat allotment will be locked and they will be considered for an NLU of higher preference only if any seats are available in such NLU during the next round.

Candidates who are willing to exit the counselling process can exercise the third option. Candidates exercising the exit option will not be considered for admission in any stage of counselling.

The second round of CLAT merit list and seat allotment will be announced on July 07, 2022. Candidates who could not secure desired NLUs can apply for the second round of counselling.

Earlier, the CLAT 2022 was conducted on June 19, 2022, in 131 exam centres, The result of the examination was announced on June 24, 2022. Around 56,000 candidates appeared in the national-level law entrance examination. The scores of CLAT 2022 will be accepted by 22 national law universities that are participating in the counselling. These law schools offer -year-integrated LLB and LLM programmes through CLAT 2022.
