CSIR NET June 2019 additional result declared - Check details here

NEW DELHI: Council of Scientific and Industrial Research released the additional result of CSIR NET 2019 for the Life Science subject on their official website. The additional result CSIR NET is released in consequent upon review of key of question number 71 of Booklet Code A (75 of Booklet Code B and 78 of Booklet Code C) of life science. As per the notice, the additional candidates who had chosen option 1 have been awarded marks and now declared qualified. However, the list of successful candidates as per the result dated August 09, 2010 remains unchanged.

Why the additional result of CSIR NET June 2019 for Life Sciences?

The additional result for life science is released due to the objection raised for the answer key of CSIR NET 2019. The authority confirms that option 1 has also been considered the correct key. Those candidates who answered option 1 for these questions have been awarded marks in their CSIR NET 2019 result. The result pdf provides the list of 120 additional students declared qualified for both the Lecturer ship as well as JRF (NET) CSIR. The additional result of CSIR NET also contains the roll number of 8 candidates and 216 candidates selected specifically for JRF and Assistant lecturer respectively. The additional result of CSIR NET is for the candidates who appeared in the June session of CSIR NET 2019.

About CSIR NET:

The National Testing Agency conducts the national level eligibility test every year for the students aiming for Assistant lecturers/professors and Junior Research Fellowship. This exam is conducted for the students who have a master’s degree in science stream with a minimum aggregate of 55%. The conducting authority offers a list of five subjects of science stream for the students. CSIR NET 2020 exam for the JUne session is postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The exam is now scheduled for second week of November.
