NEW DELHI : The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2025 registration today, March 24. Eligible candidates can apply for the CUET UG 2025 exam through the official website, cuet.nta.nic.in.

The CUET 2025 exam is scheduled to be held from May 8 to June 1. The last date for CUET UG 2025 application fee is March 25. The CUET UG 2025 application form correction window will open from March 26 to 28. The CUET UG 2025 exam is being held for 37 subjects.
As per the CUET UG eligibility criteria candidates should have completed their Class 12 from a recognized board with atleast 50% marks for general candidates and 45% marks for reserved category candidates. There is no age limit for CUET UG applicants.
Candidates will be awarded five marks for each correct answer and there will be a negative marking of one mark for each incorrect answer according to the CUET UG 2025 marking scheme.

CUET UG 2025 changes this year
The CUET UG 2025 exam will be held in a computer-based test (CBT) mode in 12 languages. This year, NTA has reduced the number of exam cities to 285 from 354. Moreover, candidates are allowed to choose a maximum of five CUET UG papers irrespective of the subjects they have studied in Class 12.
The number of subjects has also been reduced to 37 from 61. This includes 13 languages, 23 domain-specific subjects, including one general aptitude test. Previous year, 61 subjects were offered, comprising 33 languages, 27 domain-specific subjects, and one general test.
