Revise CLAT PG results 2025, reconsider objection fee, Delhi HC order Consortium of NLUs

Download EBookThe Delhi High Court has ordered the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) to rectify the errors in the final answer key and re-issue the result for the Common Law Admission Test Post Graduate (CLAT PG 2025). The court has also directed the Consortium to reconsider the exorbitant objection fee of Rs 1,000.
Justice Tushare Rao Gedela noted that the short duration to challenge CLAT PG answer key, and excessive fee charged made it difficult for petitioners to lodge their objections within the given period. The Consortium gave students’ a day’s time to challenge the CLAT PG provisional answer key.
On May 7, the Supreme Court overruled the Delhi HC’s judgement over CLAT PG and criticized the consortium for the “casual manner” in which it has been making questions for the CLAT PG.
Total 8 questions objected by petitioners
“The questions objected to by the petitioners are Question Nos.11, 21, 52, 56, 57, 89, 90 and 98. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that video the special meeting of the Executive Committee of the Consortium held on 04.04.2025, Question Nos. 52, 89, 90 and 11 of the Master Booklet have already been resolved, and therefore need not detain us.
Question number 56 has been withdrawn due to typographical errors.
The legal cases against the CLAT PG exam delayed the counselling process. Now that the Delhi High Court judgment has been pronounced, the Consortium will announce the CLAT PG revised results 2025 on its official website, —-.
CLAT PG scores will be used by 24 National Law Universities (NLUs) to offer LLM admissions. The Consortium conducted the CLAT PG 2025 on December 1, 2024.
