The Delhi University academic council is meeting on August 3 to discuss the syllabi for the first semester of FYUP. The protestors have urged to reject the hurried exercise by Delhi University to dilute degrees, job loss for teachers, passing the syllabi only for the first semester papers, and the blanket authorisation to the vice-chancellor to notify modifications in syllabi, coursework, and examination.
