DNB CET, PDCET 2020 Round 2 sponsored counselling schedule released

NEW DELHI: National Board of Examinations (NBE) has announced the schedule for the online second round counseling of Diplomate of National Board Centralised Entrance Test (DNB CET) and Postgraduate Centralised Entrance Test (PDCET) for granting admission to sponsored seats.
Aspirants who have not been allotted seats in the first round can participate in the second round counselling process, by registering and filling of the choices for the available DNB seats on the official website, https://cns.natboard.edu.in, on September 4 to 5, 2020, till 5:00 PM.
For completion of the admission process, aspirants who will be shortlisted and allotted any DNB seats will be required to join and report at the allotted colleges. Aspirants can check the round two schedules of DNB CET and PDCET counselling 2020 for granting admission to sponsored seats, below.

Process of Online sponsored DNB Seats (CET and PDCET) counselling

Shortlisted aspirants have to log in to their applicant portal with their credentials at cns.natboard.edu.in

Aspirants have to make the choice filling for online counselling

The result of the allotment letter will be announced on the basis of merit rank, preferences of colleges as well as specialties, seat availability, reservation criteria, and other factors.

Aspirants have to pay the one-year course fee of Rs.1,25,000/- (excluding payment gateway charges)

After the course fee payment, respective DNB seat will be frozen in favor of the candidate

Aspirants will have to download the allotment letter and visit the allotted hospital to join the seat.

Candidates have to get their documents verified in the original.

After the verification of documents, admission will be granted to the sponsored DNB CET & PDCET seats.
DNB PDCET and CET counselling - Submission of Undertaking and NOC
Aspirants must note that the round two counselling shall be the final round, NBE will not conduct any other counselling round for the sponsored seats. Candidates who could not participate in round one counseling of sponsored seats due to non- submission of the Undertaking and NOC are required to upload their Undertaking and NOC in the format prescribed by the authorities.
However, Candidates who had submitted their Undertaking and NOC but they were not in accordance with the prescribed format will have to submit it afresh before the last date, August 31, 2020. Candidates failing to submit the undertaking and NOC will be considered ineligible to participate in the second round of counselling for DNB sponsored seats.
