The University of Delhi (DU) has begun the registration for DU admissions 2026 one-year postgraduate courses. The University has also started accepting MSc course applications from GAT-B qualifiers 2026. Candidates can apply for PG one-year and 2-year MSc programmes on the official website, pgportal.uod.ac.in, by July 11.

Students who have qualified for GAT B 2026 can apply for DU’s 2-year MSc in plant molecular biology and biotechnology for the academic year 2026-29.
To apply for DU PG admission 2026, candidates will have to provide their UoD enrollment number and date of birth details.
According to the official Delhi University notice, the one-year PG programme is being offered to students who have completed a four-year UG course under UGCF 2022 (based on NEP 2020) from DU.
Additionally, admissions to the one-year PG courses will be based on the merit scores obtained after completing four years of bachelor’s degree in DU as per the course-specific eligibility published in this bulletin.
A total of 9,500 applications have been submitted for DU’s 2-year admission, and the mid-entry facility will close on July 5. The DU PG admission 2026 round 3 seat allotment list, along with allocations to performance-based courses such as MFA, BPEd, MPEd and music, will be published on July 9.
As per DU, a total of 1,48,407 applications have been received for DU UG admission 2026, and candidates who have applied for phase 2 applications are 62,524. The last date for preference filling is July 11.
The DU CSAS UG 2026 admission first allocation list will be published on July 16 at 5 pm. The University is offering 73 UG courses and 150 BA programme combinations.
Delhi University has also announced the DU BTech admission 2026 list, and shortlisted candidates must accept their seats by July 8. Furthermore, the DU 2026 admission for the 5-year integrated law programme will close on July 7.
Moreover, Delhi University posted on its official X (formerly Twitter) account and said phase 2 programme selection will begin with the declaration of semester 8 results. Candidates have been advised to keep an eye on the DU website for updates, as the admissions schedule will be announced shortly.
