Delhi High Court Directive on Eligibility Criteria
In response to public interest litigation (PIL), Delhi High Court ordered University of Delhi to follow the eligibility criteria of 2018 for admission to UG level courses. In its order, the court added that if the university wishes to make changes in the eligibility criteria, then it should do so at least six months prior to the commencement of the admission process.
DU Cutoff Dates Likely To Change
With the extension of Delhi University application form filling date for undergraduate courses, in all probability, there are chances for change in dates for the announcement of cutoff. Previously the first cutoff was supposed to be released on June 20. However, with the extension of date for filling the application form, the authorities are expected to announce the new dates soon.
