The Financial Times (FT) Executive MBA Rankings 2026 have been released, with the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA programme getting the top spot. The Indian School of Business (ISB) and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore) have also improved their positions compared to last year.
ISB climbed 15 places to rank 38th, while IIM Bangalore moved up eight places to 64th in the FT rankings 2026 . ISB's Post Graduate Programme in Management for Senior Executives (PGPMAX) reported an average alumni salary of 420,715 US dollars (USD). An average salary of 285,934 USD was recorded among its alumni in IIM Bangalore's two-year part-time MBA programme.
The FT EMBA rankings 2026 have used the salary figures adjusted for purchasing power parity to compare alumni earnings across countries. These figures represent average salaries three years after students have completed their programmes and should not be treated as estimates of individual earnings.

FT EMBA rankings 2026: ISB, IIM Bangalore improve positions
ISB’s PGPMAX course is designed for experienced professionals and senior executives who want to pursue management education while continuing to focus on their careers. The programme's average alumni salary is higher than that reported by many institutions in the global top 10, including IESE, SKEMA, ESCP and Cambridge Judge.
IIM Bangalore also moved up the rankings, from 72nd in 2025 to 64th in 2026. Its two-year part-time MBA programme is for working professionals. The reported salary figures should not be interpreted as the actual increase in graduates’ earnings after they have completed the programme. Despite their improved rankings, both Indian institutions remain outside the global top 30.
