GATE 2019: Candidates to appear for CE Paper I and II today

 

NEW DELHI, FEBRUARY 10: IIT Madras will be conducting the final GATE 2019 paper of the year today i.e., February 10. Paper I and II of GATE Civil Engineering (CE) will be held in the forenoon session (9:30 AM to 12:30 PM) and the afternoon session (2:30 PM to 5:30 PM). With this last two sessions, GATE 2019 will finally come to an end for the present year.

The authorities conduct two sessions for major disciplines. Each paper of Civil Engineering (CE) will be a 3 hour long examination in which subject specific questions will be asked along with Engineering mathematics and general aptitude questions. The total marks of the examination is 100. Those candidates who qualify the examination will be eligible for M.Tech admissions and PSU recruitments.

GATE 2019 examination for AE, AG, AR, BT, EY, GG, IN, MA, MT, PE, PH, PI, ST, CS, CH, ME, XE, XL, TF, CY, MN, EC and EE have been successfully conducted by the authorities.

Yesterday,, the Electronics and Communication paper of GATE 2019 was held by IIT Madras which the students found moderate to difficult. According to reports, more weightage was given EDC and Communication and  Signals and System topics in the examination.
