NEW DELHI: In a revision of dates, the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 registration will commence from August 28 for admission to postgraduate engineering programmes. The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee is going to organize the exam for the academic session 2025-26. Aspirants who fulfill the GATE 2025 eligibility criteria will be able to fill the GATE application form 2025 online through the official website, gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
GATE 2025: Syllabus | Sample Papers
GATE 2025 will be conducted on February, 1, 2, 15, and 16 for 30 test papers. During the registration process, applicants will be required to fill the form, upload documents, select test papers and exam cities, and pay the registration fee.
GATE 2025 registration fees is Rs 1,800 without late fee for applicants belonging to all categories except SC, ST, PwD, and female. Such candidates will be required to pay Rs 900.

GATE 2025 Registration: Test paper combinations
A candidate will be allowed to apply and appear for at most two test papers. The paper-wise test code and two-paper combinations permitted by the institute are as follows:
