Check NowNEW DELHI : The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has released the GATE 2025 response sheet today, February 27. The link to download the GATE response sheet 2025 is available on the official website, gate2025.iitr.ac.in. Candidates can download their response sheets with the help of their login credentials. The GATE 2025 answer key is also out. Candidates will be able to calculate their probable answers with the help of response sheets and answer key. Candidates have the opportunity to challenge the provisional GATE answer key 2025. The GATE 2025 answer key challenge window will be open till March 1. The GATE 2025 result will be based on final answer key. The GATE 2025 result date is March 19.
As per the GATE 2025 marking scheme , the questions carry one or two marks. For one-mark multiple choice questions, one-third marks will be deducted for wrong answers. For a two-mark MCQ, two-third marks will be deducted for a wrong answer. There is no negative marking for NAT questions, and no partial marking in MSQ.
As per GATE 2025 exam analysis , students found the first two shifts overall moderate in difficulty level. GATE exam 2025 was conducted for 30 papers on February 1, 2, 15, and 16 in two shifts - forenoon session from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and afternoon session from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
GATE 2025 scores will be used for admission into postgraduate programmes in IITs and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and for recruitment to Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
