GATE 2026 scorecard available for download at goaps.iitg.ac.in; scores valid up to three years

Check NowThe Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT Guwahati) has published the GATE 2026 scorecard on its official website at gate2026.iitg.ac.in. Candidates who appeared for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering - GATE 2026 can also download their scorecard through the official portal goaps.iitg.ac.in.
The login credentials to download the GATE 2026 scorecard includes an enrollment ID and password. The engineering institute declared the GATE 2026 results on March 19.
The engineering institute conducted the computer-based GATE 2026 on February 7, 8, 14, and 15. The GATE 2026 scores will be valid for three years from the date of result declaration.
GATE 2026: MTech, PhD admissions
GATE 2026 was held for admission to MTech, and PhD admissions . The GATE 2026 scores will also be used for recruitment to Public Sector Undertakings.
The engineering entrance test was conducted for a total of 30 test papers. As per the exam pattern, a new sectional paper on Energy Science was introduced in engineering sciences paper.
“A candidate can appear for one or two test papers. Only selected two-paper combinations are allowed for candidates appearing in two papers. GATE score obtained by the candidate will remain valid for a period of THREE years from the date of announcement of results,” according to an official notification.
In addition, several colleges have opened MTech admissions through GATE 2026 scores. Interested candidates can apply for the master's programme or PhD for admission to IITs, NITs, and IIITs using their GATE 2026 scores.
