Graduation ceremony in XLRI for Virtual Interactive Learning students

NEW DELHI, APRIL 13: XLRI- Xavier School of Management recently organized 17 th Graduation Ceremony for students of its Virtual Interactive Learning and Executive Programmes.
The graduation ceremony witnessed 500 students of XLRI’s VIL and various Executive Programmes including 407 students from 5 batches of the Virtual Interactive Learning (VIL) Programmes, 30 students of Postgraduate Certificate in HRM (PGCHRM – Batch 2017-18) and 20 students of Postgraduate Certificate in General Management - Mumbai (PGCGM – Batch 2017-18) receive their graduating certificates and medals.
The event was graced by Ramji Ganesh, Head of Operations, State Street Syntel Services Pvt. Ltd. (Atos Syntel) as the Chief Guest, Dr. Ashis K. Pani (Dean – Academics, XLRI), Fr. Jerome Cutinha, S.J., (Dean – Administration & Finance, XLRI), Dr. Santosh Sangem (Associate Dean, VIL Programmes, XLRI), Fr. Francis M Peter, S.J. (Coordinator, Centre for Research & Training in Educational Leadership – XLRI), Dr. Manoj Thomas (Associate Dean, Corporate Programs – XLRI) and other dignitaries.
While delivering the graduation address in the event, Ramji Ganesh who is also an XLRI alumnus himself, shared key leadership insights from his illustrious career and advised the students on how to build a successful career in the modern corporate landscape.
The top ranking students of the VIL Programme were awarded XLRI Medals for Academic Excellence sponsored by Unified Collaboration Services (UCS) on the occasion. The students securing the highest CQPI in the programmes like EDHRM, PGCHRM and PGCGM received also Gold Medals. The medals were presented by Dr. Ashis K. Pani, Dean – Academics, XLRI.
