Download NowThe Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has announced the Himachal Pradesh board 10th and 12th compartment and improvement exam application dates 2026. Students can apply for HPBOSE 10th and 12th by June 1 without a late fee charge. The Himachal board will conduct Class 10 and 12 improvement and compartment exams in June and July.
According to the HPBOSE notice, internal assessment and practical marks obtained during the main examination will be carried forward, and no separate practical exam will be conducted.
HPBOSE Class 10 students who have passed at least three of the five compulsory subjects in the Main Examination and have been placed in the "Essential Improvement Category" are eligible to appear for the June and July examinations in a maximum of two failed subjects.
Such students can simultaneously appear for improvement in one already passed subject as permissible under Board policy.

HPBOSE will reject any incomplete application forms, as well as applications received through any other mode, without any notice. The better of the two exam results or marks will be considered for the preparation of the final result, HPBOSE said.
