ICAI CA Inter, Foundation result timings 2025 announced; when, where to download scorecard

ICAI CA results 2025 will be declared by 1.30 pm to 2 pm on March 4. Candidates will be able to check and download the CA results through the official website, icai.nic.in.
NEW DELHI: The Institute Of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will declare the CA Intermediate and CA Foundation results 2025 today on March 4. Candidates who obtain the minimum passing marks will be issued the scorecards. The ICAI CA result link for qualified candidates will be made available on the official website, icai.nic.in/caresult/. After the CA result date announcement, the candidates have been demanding clarity on the ICAI CA result timings for both Inter and Foundation January 2025 exams. Responding to a query “CA result timings kya hai?” CA Himank Singla, management committee member of ICAI Sangrur Branch (2025-29), said: “1:30pm-2pm as per info received”.
As per the CA passing criteria, candidates obtaining 40% marks and 50% in aggregate in the ICAI Jan 2025 results will be declared qualified. Along with the CA results, the ICAI will also announce the toppers name with marks.
In the CA Foundation September 24’ results, a total of 70,437 candidates registered for the exam, of which 13,858 appeared and recorded an overall pass percentage of 19.67%.
In the CA Inter September 2024 results, of the 69,227 candidates who registered for group 1, 10,505 qualified and in group 2, 50,760 registered and 8,117 cleared the exam. Overall, 23,482 candidates appeared for both CA inter group 1 and group 2 exams in the last session, and only 1,330 were declared pass. Only 5.66% candidates qualified the CA Inter exam in the last session.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to view and download the ICAI results 2025 for both CA Inter, Foundation.
- Visit the ICAI official website, icai.nic.in/caresult/ or icai.org.
- Click on the ICAI important announcements on the homepage.
- Now, the ICAI CA Inter, Foundation result notification will appear first in the list.
- Click on the CA result link, the icai.nic.in portal will open.
- Key in your 6 digit roll number and registration number in the space provided.
- Submit the login credentials after entering the text as given on the screen.
- ICAI CA Inter, Foundation results, scorecard will be displayed.
- Download and save it for future reference.
