ICAI opens registration for CA CPT on October 4

NEW DELHI, OCTOBER 4: Company Secretaries (CA) CPT aspirants can now fill the application form for December session. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has declared registrations open on October 4, 2018 at 10 AM. Candidates will be able to submit their application forms in online mode only. Closing date of submission is October 25, 2018 (without late fee) and November 1, 2018 (with late fee of Rs. 600). The exam fee will vary with the candidates’ choice of exam centre.
Candidates must have registered with Board of Studies (BoS) for CPT course on or before June 30, 2017 to appear for the exam. The basic educational qualification requires the student to have qualified 10+2.
The registration process is given below:

Visit the official website of ICAI to login/ register.

Click on ‘New User Register Here!’

Enter the required details.

Tick mark the declaration box and click on ‘Register’.
Thereafter, candidates will receive their registration ID and password via e-Mail and SMS for verification.
The application filling process is as follows:

Visit the official website of ICAI.

Select ‘Login’ and then ‘Apply Now’.

Fill in the details of the examination and exam centre, etc.

Preview the CA CPT application form. Click on ‘Back to Form’ is any rectification is needed.

Click on ‘I agree’ and then on ‘Final Submit’.

Payment of exam fee is the concluding step. Payment can be made online via Master/ VISA debit card/ credit card.

Preview and click ‘Submit’.

Save and print out the application form.
