ICMAI CMA Exams start today; Check exam day tips

June 11, New Delhi - The Institute of Cost Accountants of India is conducting the June session of Cost Management and Accounting (CMA) exam in offline mode from June 11, 2019. Exams for all the courses, i.e. foundation, intermediate and final are starting today. They will come to an end by June 14 for foundation course and June 18 for intermediate and final courses.
Duration of the exam is three hours (2 p.m. to 5 p.m.). Results for the session are expected to be declared by August 23, 2019.

What to carry to exam hall?
Candidates have to carry

Admit card,

Student identity card (available for download from the official website), and

Original photo identification identification proof (Aadhar card, PAN card, voter id card, etc).
Tips for attempting CMA 2019 exam

Keep calm: Sometimes panic works anti to long hours of hard work.

Self Discipline: Discipline with books and breaks is a must when you are appearing for important exams.

Discussion: Discussing topics with others has two way effect, it helps in revising and you get the other person’s viewpoint as well.

Read the question paper: First 15 minutes should be utilized in understanding the questions and self analysis on it.

Time management: While attempting a question paper, one should distribute fixed time for every question which ideally should not exceed. This makes the attempt fruitful at the time of result declaration.

Hand writing: Bad handwriting becomes worse when you speed up. One should manage accordingly.
