ICSI CSEET November 2025 registration begins; dos and don’ts for July session exam

Check NowThe Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has opened the registration window for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) November 2025 exam. Eligible candidates can fill out the ICSI CSEET November 2025 application form through the official website, icsi.edu.
The last date to register for the CSEET November 2025 is October 15. To register for the exam, candidates will have to pay the registration fee of Rs 2,000. CSEET is the entry route for undergraduate students aspiring to pursue the CS course. The University Grants Commission (UGC) recognises the CS qualification as equivalent to a postgraduate degree.
The institute has also announced the ICSI CSEET November 2025 exam date. As per the schedule, the CSEET November 2025 exam will be conducted on November 8. The CSEET November 2025 exam will be conducted for 120 minutes in remote proctored mode.
The CSEET syllabus will have four sections, including business communication, legal aptitude and logical reasoning, economic and business environment, and current affairs and quantitative aptitude. Each section carries 50 marks. There is no negative marking. To qualify for the CSEET exam, candidates will have to score an aggregate of 50% marks and a minimum of 40% marks in each paper.

ICSI CSEET Exam 2025: July session do and don’ts
The CSEET exam 2025 is conducted four times a year in January, May, July, and November. The CSEET July 2025 exam is scheduled to be held on July 5. The institute has issued the dos and don’ts for the July session exam , given below.

Install SEBLite properly on a desktop or laptop, meeting all technical requirements. |
Do not use mobile phones, earphones, headphones, pagers, smart watches, health bands or any other electronic gadgets. |

Use a stable internet connection. Avoid mobile hotspots or any unstable sources. |
Do not refer to books, paper, pen, pencil, writing pads or notebooks during the exam. |
|
Ensure your laptop is fully charged or your desktop has power backup. |
Do not allow any other person in the room once seated for the exam. |
|
Follow all instructions as published on the ICSI website. |
Do not take photographs of the screen or exam content. |
|
Appear for the mock test as scheduled by ICSI. |
Do not read questions or answer options aloud. |
|
Keep SEBLite installed until the CSEET is completed. |
Do not leave the workstation without submitting the test. |
|
Sit in a manner that your face and upper body (up to the waist) are visible to the proctor throughout the exam. |
Do not shift focus or eye contact away from the screen. |
|
Dress properly and decently during the exam. |
Do not skip the mock test or delay downloading the Safe Exam Browser, as the test will not start without it, and no queries will be entertained. |

Complete all computer and internet arrangements as instructed by ICSI well in advance of the mock and actual tests. |
Any violation of exam instructions may lead to the cancellation of the result. |
