IGNOU extended the validity period of registration for the June 2021 examination till December 2021 as a special case in view of the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
NEW DELHI: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) extended the validity period of registration for the June 2021 examination till December 2021 as a special case in view of the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Students who have not completed any of the evaluation components like practical examination of lab courses, assignments, projects, dissertation, internship, fieldwork journal (practicum), etc can also do by December 2021.
IGNOU also clarified that there will be no change in the university term-end examination for final year/end semester students which will be conducted till September 9. The exam is being held for the “final year/ end semester students of Master's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Diploma and Certificate Programmes subject to fulfilling the university norms on admission year and registration validity period”.
The IGNOU June TEE 2021 started on August 3 and will continue till September 9. The exams are being conducted in two shifts - morning (10 am to 1 pm) and afternoon (2 pm to 5 pm).

Students who could not appear in the TEE August 2021 session will be given an opportunity to sit for the term-end examination to be held in December 2021.
The university informed that the fee already paid by students for the TEE June 2021 will be adjusted against the fee payable for the subsequent session.
The Term-End-Examination for the students of the intermediate year/semester of the master's and bachelor's programmes, scheduled in June 2021 has been postponed to December 2021, the official notice said.
IGNOU had recently extended the deadline for IGNOU registration and re-registration for the July 2021 session till September 15. Interested students can fill the IGNOU registration form for the July 2021 session by visiting the official website of the university - ignou.ac.in.
