IGNOU to organise campus placement drive tomorrow

IGNOU campus placement cell will hold the placement drive at BR Ambedkar Convention Centre.
NEW DELHI: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will be organising a campus placement drive on October 12, 2022, from 10 AM at the IGNOU campus in New Delhi.
The placement drive will be done with Globvia, a business process management (BPM) firm. Students that are currently pursuing graduation and who have completed their bachelor’s from IGNOU are eligible to participate.
Applicants will have to carry photocopies of their resumes having IGNOU enrollment number, IGNOU ID card and passport size photographs for their interviews. The list of shortlisted candidates will be declared at the end of the day.
IGNOU campus placement cell will be conducting the campus placement drive at BR Ambedkar Convention Centre.

In other news, IGNOU has extended the facility to fill the IGNOU registration for online, and distance learning programmes of the July session till October 20. Candidates are required to register on the official website, ignou.ac.in, by entering their academic and personal details.
IGNOU recently announced collaboration with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and said that the initiative will facilitate students in configuring and designing apprenticeship embedded degree programmes that are market linked.
The programmes range from embedding various skills across courses to enhance employability and industry connections, it said.
