IIM Lucknow, Imarticus Learning launch executive management programme for HR professionals

IIM Lucknow will issue certificates to students on successful completion of the 11-month executive management programme.
NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow with Imarticus Learning, an ed-tech company, has launched an executive management programme in ‘People Leadership and Strategic HR Management’. The programme will equip human resource (HR) professionals with the requisite skills in team management and leadership.
The newly launched programme will be for 11 months and have nine modules related to various aspects of management. The learners on successful completion of the programme will receive a certificate issued by IIM Lucknow.

Eligible candidates must hold a graduate qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50 percent and possess a minimum of five years of post-qualification work experience.
The programme is designed for experienced graduates, senior HR practitioners, and business managers who wish to advance in their careers. This programme serves as a platform to refine skills and gain exposure to cutting-edge HR management practices. According to the institute, the programme curriculum covers various people management competencies for HR leaders and empowers the participants to formulate strategic initiatives and manage the evolving workforce.

The executive management programme offers hands-on insights and focuses on real-world applications. The learners will be offered masterclasses by chief experience officer (CXOs) that will help them expand their professional network, increase their social capital, and cultivate the requisite skills to emerge as trailblazers in the industry's future landscape according to IIM Lucknow.
The collaboration of IIM Lucknow with Imarticus Learning will provide opportunities for the students to get expertise from IIM Lucknow's faculty with live online lectures. The programme will have over 150 hours of immersive learning, featuring real-world business case studies that furnish participants with an all-encompassing comprehension of the intricacies of people leadership, the institute stated.

An official statement from the institute read, “The learners will be benefited from six gamified sessions that simulate CXO-level business and HR excellence, five masterclasses led by industry stalwarts, a three-day campus immersion at IIM Lucknow, and the distinguished honour of being inducted into the executive alumni community of IIM Lucknow.”
