IIM Placements 2021: Know highest and average MBA salary packages offered by top IIMs

Most of the IIMs have successfully conducted the final placement for the batch 2019-21. Here's an insight into placement reports of the top IIMs.
NEW DELHI: The quality of an MBA college is determined by multiple parameters but mainly through the placement and salary offered to graduates. When it comes to premier management schools, no institute across the country can beat the placement drive of the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs).
IIMs usually achieve 100% placement for their batches every year with top international and domestic companies like Barclays, Walmart, Accenture, E&Y, Deloitte, JP Morgan Chase, etc. visiting the campuses to recruit fresh and young talent. According to the IIMs statistics, the average MBA package offered by the prominent recruiters is about Rs 20 to 28 LPA.
IIM Ahmedabad final placement report 2021
The final placement for the MBA of the Postgraduate Programme (PGP) in Management at IIM Ahmedabad was successfully conducted. The IIMA final placement process was conducted in two stages.

The first phase was the lateral process where firms interviewed candidates with prior work experience and offered them mid-level managerial positions .

The second phase was the final placement process where firms were grouped into cohorts, based on the profile offered, and groups of cohorts were invited to campus across different clusters.

IIM Lucknow final placement report 2021
IIM Lucknow has completed the final placement for the 35th batch of MBA and 16th batch of MBA-ABM students, by successfully achieving its goal of getting a 100% of the batch placed this season.
The final placements at IIM Lucknow were conducted in two tiers: Higher Entry Placement Process (HEPP), for students with 12 or more months of prior work experience, and the Final Placement Process (FPP), where all students are eligible to appear for company processes.

IIM Bodh Gaya final placement report 2021
The IIM Bodh Gaya has completed the current placement season for its fifth MBA batch 2019-21 with a 100 percent placement record. A total of 86 recruiters participated in these placements, up from only 50 recruiters last year. The size of the batch is increasing by 65 percent every year, thus making this set the largest with 109 students.
