The inauguration of the new lactation room was done in the presence of a new mother from the IIT Delhi community; Rangan Banerjee, director of IIT Delhi; and Angelie Multani, dean of diversity and inclusion at IIT Delhi.
During the event, Multani said: “Lactation rooms demonstrate our commitment to employees and students' well-being and to a more inclusive and supportive workplace culture where everyone’s needs are important.”
