Download NowNEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati will issue the first admission list of IIT JAM counselling 2023 today, June 1. Candidates will be able to check the IIT JAM counselling admission list on the official website of IIT Guwahati at jam.iitg.ac.in. IIT JAM is the Joint Admission test for Masters’ and is the gateway to a set of postgraduate programmes at the IITs.

The IIT JAM 2023 counselling fees is Rs 10,000 for general, OBC-NCL and EWS categories and Rs 5,000 for SC, ST and PWD category students. After the IIT JAM counselling process starts, candidates can select one of three options based on their allotted seats: accept and freeze, accept with upgrade and reject and quit.
Steps to check first IIT JAM counselling admission list
Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the admission list:

Visit the official website of IIT Guwahati JAM – jam.iitg.ac.in

Click on “JOAPS 2023: Candidate portal”.

A new login tab will appear.

Enter your e-mail ID or enrolment ID or registration number, and JOAPS password.

Click on submit.

The first IIT JAM counselling admission list will appear on the screen.

Download and save the list for future reference.
Based on the first IIT JAM counselling admission list the last date for online payment of seat booking fee for first IIT JAM admission list 2023 is June 7.
Candidates can check the seat matrix for IIT JAM 2023 on the official website of JOAPS at joaps.iitg.ac.in.
