IMI Delhi placement season 2023 witnessed nearly 80 recruiting companies along with a 150% rise in pre-placement offers and three international offers.

NEW DELHI: The International Management Institute (IMI) Delhi concludes its placement process for the 2021-32 batch. The highest package was recorded at Rs 50 lakh per annum with a rise of 56.25% as compared to last year.
IMI Delhi placements also saw a rise in the average and median salary this year with average salary at Rs 17.01 lakh and median at 16.34 lakh per annum. Nearly 80 recruiters participated in the campus placements 2023 at IMI Delhi. To recruiters this placement season include ABG Grasim, Accenture, Asian Paints, Bank of America, BCG, BMW India, Crisil, Deloitte, FedEx, Piramal Group, Shell India Markets Pvt. Ltd among others.

IMI New Delhi placements 2023 broke its the past records in terms of achieving higher salary packages but also number of recruiters making pre-placement offers (PPOs). The top 10 and top 25 percent average cost to company (CTC) are Rs 25.21 lakhs and 21.59 lakhs per annum respectively.
Recruiters hired students with job profiles in domains such as consulting, conglomerates manufacturing, consumer goods, BFSI, IT, among others. The average CTC of such domains are finance- Rs 17.64 lakh; marketing- Rs 18.14 lakh; sales- Rs 19.60 lakh; operation and systems- Rs 14.23 lakh; consulting- Rs 14.23 lakh and human resources- Rs 15.68 lakh.
"Continued layoffs news on a global scale , the conversations of recession's and decreased hiring rates across sectors contributed to the woes. Despite the worries, the Corporate Relations and Placement Committee at IMI New Delhi was able to overcome them by successfully placing every student of the batch and reaching new heights by getting onboard more than 50 new recruiters and attaining new heights and creating a legacy to move north year on year," read the press statement.
