NEW DELHI: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIU) has announced the seat allotment result 2024 for Common Entrance Test (IPU CET) counselling 2024 today, July 7. Students who registered for the round 1 counselling process can download the IPU CET 2024 seat allotment result through the official website, ipu.admissions.nic.in.
Candidates can use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the IPU CET round 1 seat allotment result 2024.
Once the seat allotment results are announced, candidates who do not wish to participate in further counselling rounds must freeze their seats. If a candidate decides to withdraw, they can opt for the withdrawal and request a fee refund.
Once the seats are confirmed, candidates must undergo the document verification process. Additionally, there is a sliding option available for candidates who want to participate in subsequent rounds of counselling.

The following documents are required for IPU CET document verification.
- CET rank card 2024
- IPU CET 2024 admit card
- Four passport-size photographs
- Admission verification form
- Preference sheet
- Date of birth proof
- Qualifying examination mark sheet
- Physical fitness certificate
- Reserved category certificate
- Other relevant documents
The IPU CET 2024 exam was held for various courses, including BTech (Biotechnology), lateral entry to BTech programs for Diploma holders, lateral entry to BTech programs for BSc graduates, among others. However, admission to BTech courses at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is determined by the JEE Main score.
