NEW DELHI, JULY 4: The authorities of JAC Delhi have announced the result for round 2 of seat allotment. Registered candidates can now check their seat allotment status in online mode. The seats allotted are on the basis of merit, choice filling and availability of seats.
Candidates can check the result of seat allotment by logging into their account.

Log in using your JEE Main roll number and password

The result of seat allotment will appear on the screen

Check the allotment letter and download it

Check the options available too
What after seat allotment?
Candidates who have been allotted seats and are satisfied with it will have to download the seat allotment letter and report at the institute for document verification.
For candidates, who are not satisfied with the allotted seats can choose to upgrade their seat with the options available. It is important for candidates to note that the previously allotted seat will be automatically cancelled in such a case.

It is necessary that candidates report at the institute within the allotted time otherwise their allotment may get cancelled.
Seat Upgradation in JAC Delhi Counselling 2018

In case, candidates who are happy with the seat allotted and do not wish for upgradation in the subsequent rounds, they must request JAC authorities in writing to freeze the allotted seats on the day of admission/allotment of the branch.

In case of seats left, candidates will be automatically upgraded according to their merit in JEE Main 2018 and preferences selected during choice filling.

Candidates who get upgraded in a subsequent round will not have to report at the upgraded institute.

Candidates who are admitted up to the completion of the third round will be considered for upgradation.
