JAIN Online MCom programme aims to equip learners with the advanced analytical and financial skills applicable to the business sector.
NEW DELHI: JAIN Online, the e-learning platform of JAIN deemed-to-be-university, is offering an online Master of Commerce (MCom) programme in accounting and finance. The 2-year online programme is designed for aspiring finance professionals and aims to equip learners with the advanced analytical and financial skills applicable to the business sector.
According to the official press release, the online MCom programme curriculum is structured into four semesters, covering courses such as Financial Modelling, FinTech, Derivatives, Banking and Financial Services, Corporate Laws, Investment Analysis, GST and Customs Law, and many more.
“Learners will also gain practical experience through project research, which will be key to overcoming real-world financial challenges,” the press release read.
The institute informed that according to recent surveys, the accounting and finance sectors currently hold 70,000 to 100,000 job openings. Graduates of this programme are expected to see an increase in their employability by 40%.

Candidates from this online MCom programme will be eligible for various career roles including economic advisor, chief finance officer, external auditor, investment banker, research analyst, corporate valuation specialist, and tax consultant and advisor.
Speaking about the programme, the vice-chancellor of JAIN (Deemed-to-be-University), Raj Singh, said, “Our Online MCom in Accounting and Finance is designed to meet industry needs by equipping learners with both theoretical and practical knowledge.”
“By offering exposure to advanced topics like FinTech and Financial Modelling, this programme will help learners build the skills necessary for success in high-demand roles within the finance sector. By combining theoretical knowledge with practical application, we aim to empower learners to excel in diverse roles across the financial domain so that they are always ready to seize emerging opportunities and drive success,” he further said.
