Jamia Millia Islamia entrance exams 2025 result out, check on admission.jmi.ac.in

Those who have been shortlisted from a total of 1.2 lakh candidates will have to appear for physical document verification and fee submission within the stipulated time.
Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) has declared the results of its entrance examinations on June 17, 2025, for schools, undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and diploma programmes offered. The exams were conducted for approximately 1.2 lakh candidates, and over nine cities.
For checking the entrance exam results, candidates can log in to the admissions portal - admission.jmi.ac.in - and click on “Declared Results Lists 2025-26”. In the PDF, candidates will find a list of links for the results of various programmes. They can click on the course they applied for and match their roll number, registration number, and application number, to check whether they have been selected.

Shortlisted candidates have to report to their respective institute for document verification and confirmation of admission. In case of a PG programme, candidates will be allowed to submit their qualifying marks till October 31. Admission will be confirmed only if the candidate submits the fees within the stipulated time for their programme.
JMI entrance exams 2025
The entrance exams for 17 programmes offered by JMI were held between April 26 and May 30. In March and April, admission tests were conducted for admission to the five JMI-run schools. For admission to the schools, 12 lists have been released, displaying the students who have been selected. The tests were organised in five cities - Delhi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Patna, and Srinagar.
The JMI entrance exams for 2025-26 culminated with the test for JMI’s Residential Coaching Academy on June 15. The academy provides coaching for the Union Public Service Commission’s (UPSC) Civil Services Examinations (CSE). The entrance exam for the academy was organised in 12 cities.
JMI 2025 results
Mazhar Asif, vice chancellor of JMI, expressed his “satisfaction with the seamless and successful progress of this year's massive admissions process and the timely declaration of the results.” He added that, “Without a doubt, JMI has outperformed other universities given the scale of its examination exercise and pace of the declaration of results.”
Asif and Rizvi both congratulated Pawan Kumar Sharma, controller of examinations, and Ahteshamul Haque, deputy controller of examinations at JMI, for conducting the entire process in a “timely” manner.
