JCECE 2020 application process to start on July 8 for various undergraduate courses

NEW DELHI: Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has announced that the JCECE application form 2020 will be available from July 8. Candidates interested in appearing for Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE) will have to fill the online application form till August 8. The authorities are expected to conduct JCECE 2020 in August which shall serve as a screening test for various courses including B.Tech Dairy Technology and Agriculture Engineering. In order to apply, candidates have to visit the official website at jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in.
Eligibility Criteria for JCECE 2020 B.Tech Admissions
The following pointers need to be satisfied by candidates applying for JCECE for B.Tech admissions:

Candidates who are Indian citizens and also local or permanent residents of Jharkhand state

They should have passed 10+2 or intermediate examination from a recognized board of education with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.

They should have completed 17 years of age as on July 1 and also, the age must not be beyond 22 years
About JCECE
The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE) is conducted for admission into courses like B.Tech in Dairy Technology, B.Tech Agriculture Engineering, B.V.Sc and AH, B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture, B.Sc (Hons) Forestry, Bachelor of Fishery Sciences and B.Sc (Hons) Horticulture.
Application Date Extension for Jharkhand Polytechnic and Lateral Examinations
The authorities have also extended the last date to apply for Jharkhand polytechnic as well as lateral entry entrance examinations. The last date of Polytechnic Entrance Competitive Examination has been extended from July 2 to July 25, while the last date to apply for Diploma Entrance Competitive Examination has been extended from July 3 to July 25.
