NEW DELHI: National Testing Agency (NTA) has successfully conducted the day 1 of JEE Main March 2021 exam. The exam was held for the duration of three hours from 3 to 6 PM. Based on the student’s reaction, the overall difficulty level of the JEE Main 2021 March 16 shift 2 paper was moderate.

To get entry into the JEE Mains 2021 examination centre, students were required to produce their admit card, self-declaration form, valid ID proof. Only those candidates who carried all the required documents were allowed to appear for the JEE Main exam 2021.

JEE Main 2021 exam analysis for March 16 Shift 2

Careers360 has conducted live coverage of the JEE Main 2021 exam for March 16 shift 2. As per the students who appeared in the paper conducted in shift 2, the questions asked in the JEE Main 2021 March 16 paper were moderate.

Physics: The section is easy to moderate. The numerical questions were tough.

Chemistry: This is the easy section. The organic chemistry questions were less as compared to the February session exam.

Mathematics: It is the toughest and lengthy among all.

JEE Main 2021 exam analysis for March 16 Shift 1

The first shift was the day was conducted from 9 am to 3 pm. As per the JEE Main paper analysis for March 16 shift 1, the overall difficulty level of the paper was moderately difficult. Questions asked in the Mathematics section were difficult as compared to the JEE Main 2021 Feb Maths paper. Chemistry and Physics were easy to moderate.

Paper 1: BE/ BTech in computer-based test (CBT) mode:

*Each subject will have two sections. Section A will be multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and section B will contain Questions whose answers are to be filled in as a numerical value. In section B, candidates have to attempt any five questions out of 10. There will be no negative marking for section B.
