The second session of IIT JEE Mains 2023 will be held for around 9.4 lakh students.

The NTA will hold the JEE main session 2 exams 2023 on April 6, 8, 10, 11 and 12, 2023. The mode of examination is Computer-based (online). 

Once the candidates successfully download the JEE Mains hall ticket 2023 for session 2, they should carefully go through all important details listed on it, such as name, photograph, signature, date of birth, exam date, exam details etc. Students will be required to get in touch with exam authorities immediately, in case of any discrepancies. 

Along with the hard copy of the JEE Mains session 2 admit card 2023, the candidates will also be required to carry their original government-issued photo ID proof. Any ID proof such as passport, driving license, PAN card, Aadhar card etc will be considered valid. 

The syllabus for JEE Mains session 2 exam comprises Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for Class 11 and 12. The syllabus is based on the lines of National Council for Educational Research and Training (NCERT).

JEE Mains session 2 hall ticket will have details such as candidate's name, exam time, exam centre etc.

• Click on the 'Advanced Intimation of Examination City for JEE Main 2023' link.
• Next, enter the JEE Main 2023 application number, date of birth and password.
• Submit and download the allotted JEE exam city slip.

The duration of JEE Main 2023 April session exam for paper 1 (BE, BTech), paper 2A (BArch) and 2B (B Planning) is 3 hours whereas that for both papers 2A and 2B is 3 hours and 30 minutes. 

Students must have secured a minimum of 75% marks (65% for SC or ST category) or be in the top 20 percentile in Class 12 or equivalent exam.

• On the homepage, click on the ‘JEE Main 2023 admit card download’ link
• Login with the help of JEE Main 2023 credentials such as application number and date of birth/password
• The JEE Main admit card 2023 will be displayed on the screen
• Download and take a printout of the same for future reference

JEE Main 2023 aspirants can check the previous year questions on the official website -- jeemain.nta.nic.in.

According to the NTA revised dates, the JEE Main 2023 session 2 will be held on April 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15. 

Candidates can practice JEE Main 2023 mock test from the mobile app National Test Abhyas.

a) The Candidates may please note that Admit Cards will not be sent by post. 

b) In no case, the duplicate Admit Card for Joint Entrance Examination (Main) - 2023 would be issued at the Examination Centres. 

c) The candidates must not mutilate the Admit Card or change any entry made therein. 

d) Candidates are advised to preserve their Admit Cards in good condition for future reference. 

e) No Admit Card shall be issued to the candidates whose applications are found to be incomplete for any reasons (including indistinct/ doubtful photographs/unsigned Applications) or who do not fulfill the eligibility criteria for the examination. 

f) Issue of Admit Cards, however, shall not necessarily mean acceptance of eligibility which shall be further scrutinized at subsequent stages of the admission process.

In case candidates are unable to download the JEE Main 2023 session 2 admit card from the website -- jeemain.nta.nic.in, they should approach the NTA Help Line Number: 011-40759000 between 10 am and 5 pm. 

The JEE Mains 2023 admit card has not been released yet.

Question: What is the method of determining merit in JEE Mains 2023?

Answer: Conversion of the raw score in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and the conversion of the total into NTA scores. Overall merit shall be prepared by merging NTA scores of all shifts of all days

The total marks of JEE Mains 2023 are 300.

NTA has issued the JEE Main 2023 exam city intimation slip for session 2 exam. The exam city intimation contains the name of the exam city allotted to the candidates. To check the allotted JEE main exam city, candidates will need their application number and date of birth.

NTA has established test practice centres for candidates, especially in remote and rural areas to let them practice and be accustomed to the computer-based test (CBT).  

No duplicate JEE Main 2023 hall ticket will be issued at the JEE exam centre by NTA.

As per the JEE Main 2023 marking scheme, each question of JEE Main will carry four marks and one will be deducted for each wrong answer.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the exam city intimation slip for the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main 2023) April session exam. Applicants can check and download their JEE Mains advance city intimation slip through the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, using their application number and date of birth.

Question: Is there any official announcement for JEE 2023?

Answer: NTA has announced revised JEE 2023 dates for the April session exam. Earlier scheduled to be held between April 6 and 12, the JEE Mains 2023 exam will now be held from April 6 to April 15.
