JEE Main 2026: The Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main 2026) Session 1 city intimation slip is expected to be issued today by the National Testing Agency (NTA). BTech, BArch, and BPlanning aspirants will be able to download the JEE Main 2026 city intimation slip through the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, using their login credentials.

Candidates will have to use their valid application number and password to access the JEE Main 2026 exam city intimation slip. The testing agency will conduct the JEE Main 2026 session 1 from January 21 to 30.

The NTA has issued an advisory for JEE Main 2026 candidates regarding photo and ID discrepancies and has extended the photo verification deadline for non-Aadhaar candidates until January 15.

The JEE Main 2026 city intimation slip provides details such as the paper applied for, allotted exam city, and exam date. It is issued to inform candidates in advance about their exam city and schedule.

How to download JEE Main 2026 city intimation slip?

Candidates can follow the steps below to download the JEE Main 2026 city intimation slip.

  • Go to the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.
  • Click on the “JEE Main 2026 - City Intimation Slip” link.
  • Enter the valid login details, such as application number and password.
  • The JEE Main city slip will be downloaded in PDF format.
  • Download and take a printout of it for your future use.

The city intimation slip is not the admit card and does not permit entry into the exam hall. It only notifies candidates of their allotted exam city, helping them plan travel, accommodation, and other arrangements in advance.

The JEE Advanced 2026 registration will be open to candidates who qualify for JEE Main 2026. IIT Roorkee will conduct the computer-based exam on May 17, 2026.

As per the schedule, registrations will be accepted from April 23 to May 2 at jeeadv.ac.in, admit cards will be issued on May 11, and results will be announced on June 1.
