JEE Main 2023 session 2 was conducted on April 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15. The final answer key for JEE Main paper 1 was released on April 24, 2023, the paper 2 answer key is yet to be issued.
The NTA has not yet declared the JEE Main 2023 session 2 toppers list. Students with NTA scores above the JEE Main cut-off can appear for the JEE Advanced 2023. However, admission to the undergraduate (UG) BE, BTech and BArch programmes at National Institutes of Technology (NIT), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIIT) and Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTI) is based directly on the JEE Main rank list.
To avoid the bunching effect, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has calculated the JEE Main 2023 percentile scores up to seven decimal places. Students who aspire to appear for JEE Advanced 2023 must meet the JEE Main 2023 cut-offs. The JEE Advanced 2023 exam is scheduled for June 4.
Now that the JEE Main result 2023 and cut-off scores have been announced by the NTA, the institutions accepting JEE Main scores for admission will start the JEE Main counselling and seat allotment process. However, the JoSAA counselling process for the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT), NITs and other public institutions will take place only after the JEE Advanced. States participating in JEE Main 2023 will admit on the basis of JEE Main rank lists for the states.
