Candidates, who registered for the online counselling process can access and download the JoSAA counselling round 4 allotment list using their login details such as JEE Main application number and password. Those who have been allotted engineering courses seats in JoSAA counselling round 4 allotment, should have to complete online reporting, upload documents, and pay seat acceptance fee by July 13 up to 5 pm.
The JoSAA counselling is being conducted for admission to BTech programmes at Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institute of Technology (NITs), Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIITs), and Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs).
According to the official schedule, the JoSAA will declare the JosAA counselling 2026 final round seat allotment result on July 16 at 5 pm.
Candidates who will be given admission to various government, private, and unaided engineering colleges through JoSAA’s last round will have to report at their respective institutes for document verification by July 21 up to 5 pm.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the JoSAA Counselling 2026 round 4 seat allotment list.
- Go to the official website at josaa.nic.in.
- Scroll download and click on the link “View round 4 seat allocation result.”
- A new web page will open.
- Enter JEE Main application number and password, along with a security pin.
- Press the submit button.
- JoSAA counselling 2026 round 4 seat allotment result will appear on the screen.
BTech aspirants who are satisfied with the JoSAA counselling round 4 seat allotments, can select the "freeze" option, whereas, those seeking admission to a different college through the subsequent rounds, can opt for “float” option.
Notably, candidates satisfied with the college allotment but seeking a different branch can choose “slide” option.
