KCET results after Karnataka 2nd PUC exams are over: KEA
Recently, the KEA issued a similar warning to KCET 2026 candidates against fake admit card links being circulated on social media. Several candidates are appearing for the second attempt of the Karnataka 2nd PUC exam 2026 to improve the marks secured in exam 1, Ptasanna said.
“For such candidates, the highest marks obtained in both the exams will be considered for the CET Rank like last year,” he added.
The board also clarified that the CET result will be declared after the Karnataka 2nd PUC result of both the exams are out. It urged students not to buy false rumours circulating around UGCET 2026 admissions based on the marks of the Karnataka Class 12 second attempt exam.
“The rules of these two exams are applicable only to the PUC candidates of the Karnataka state syllabus. It does not apply to the candidates taking the board exams of the central and other states,” it said.
