The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has published the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) Undergraduate (UG) 2026 round 1 mock seat allotment result today, August 17. Candidates who participated in the Karnataka NEET UG counselling 2026 process can check their tentative seat allotment through the official KEA website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

The Karnataka NEET mock allotment 2026 has been released for candidates who entered their options up to 9 AM on August 13, 2026. The result is only indicative and does not confirm admission. Candidates can now review their allotted college and course and make changes to their preferences before the final allotment.
As per the schedule, candidates can add, delete or modify their options until August 20, 2026, up to 9 AM. The changes made during this window will be considered for the actual seat allotment. The provisional round 1 Karnataka NEET UG seat allotment result 2026 is scheduled for August 19, 2026.
The KEA UG NEET mock allotment 2026 allows candidates to assess their likely seat based on their NEET rank, category and preferences. Candidates who are not satisfied with the tentative allotment can rearrange their choices during the modification window.
