Download NowNEW DELHI: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will start the KCET 2021 exam from today, August 28. The authorities will conduct the Karnataka CET 2021 on August 28 and 29, and Kannada language test on August 30. Candidates who are going to appear in the KCET 2021 exam should check the Karnataka CET 2021 exam day guidelines as released by the conducting authorities.

As per the KCET 2021 exam pattern released by the authorities, the Karnataka CET 2021 exam will be conducted in three sessions in two days. On the first day, the Mathematics paper will be conducted and on the second day, Physics and Chemistry tests will be held. Each session will be held for the duration of 1 hour 20 minutes. KCET timings 2021 are 10:30 am to 11:50 am and 2:30 pm to 3:50 pm
The total marks per session will be 60. On August 30, the authorities will conduct Kannada language test which will be conducted at Bengaluru, Bidar, Belagavi, Ballary, Bijapura, Mangalore districts only.
KCET 2021: Important instructions to follow at exam centre

Aspirants have to compulsorily carry KCET 2021 admit card and a valid id proof at the examination centre.

Candidates should use only black or blue ballpoint pen while attempting the KCET 2021 exam.

Students must wear masks while taking the Karnataka CET 2021 exam.

Students will not be allowed to wear or carry wristwatches inside the exam centre.

Candidates are not allowed to carry any kind of electronic devices inside the KCET exam centre.

Students have to declare themselves at the exam centre in case they are appearing from the containment zone.

Candidates have to take their respective seats at the first bell and no candidate will be allowed inside the centre after the third bell.
KEA conducts Karnataka Common Entrance Test every year for admission into the undergraduate courses offered by the participating institutes of the state. A total of 2,01,816 candidates have registered for Karnataka CET 2021 including a total of 1,682 students for the language test. The exam will be held at 530 KCET exam centres .
