NEW DELHI: Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will be conducting KCET 2021 on August 28 and 29. KCET 2021 will be conducted as a pen-paper based exam of 1 hour 20 minutes. KCET Maths exam 2021 will be conducted from 2.30 pm to 3.50 pm on August 28 while physics and chemistry exam will be conducted on August 29 from 10.30 to 11.50 am and 2.30 pm to 3.50 pm, respectively.
Candidates appearing for the KCET 2021 exam should have a proper strategy to attempt the test. Although a strategy for attempting the KCET exam 2021 can differ from one student to another; candidates can check the KCET 2021 do’s and don’ts to improve performance in the exam below.
Following are some points that candidates should consider while attempting KCET 2021 exam-
Candidates should read all the questions in the KCET exam 2021 carefully.
All the circles in the OMR sheet should be filled carefully as partially filled circles will not be evaluated.
Candidates have to carry a ball-point pen only to the exam centres.
All the required documents like KCET admit card 2021, valid ID proof must be carried to the centres as any problem during the entry may put a student under stress and affect their performance in the exam.

Candidates should not be in a hurry and should not panic.
Avoid wasting too much time on a single question. Solve the easy questions first to secure at least minimum qualifying marks.
Although there is no negative marking in KCET 2021, candidates should not do any guesswork as the number of wrong answers may be taken into consideration, if required.
Candidates should not focus on the number of questions attempted by them in KCET 2021 exam rather they should focus on the correctly answered questions.
Candidates should not mark multiple answers for a single question; such answers will not be evaluated.

KCET 2021 admit card was released on the official website on August 12. Candidates can download the KCET admit card 2021 using their user ID and date of birth. Details of the KCET exam date, time and exam centre address have been communicated to the candidates through the admit cards.
