Kerala NEET AYUSH 2025: Application reopens for stray vacancy round 2; counselling guidelines out

KEAM 2025: The revised seat matrix and rank list for Kerala AYUSH NEET UG stray vacancy round 2 counselling will be published soon after the registration deadline at cee.kerala.gov.in.
The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala has reopened the facility to submit fresh applications for round 2 Kerala NEET UG AYUSH stray vacancy round counselling. Students who have not applied so far can register on the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in, by 12.30 pm on November 20.
As per the eligibility criteria, candidates should have passed Class 12 or equivalent exam with physics, chemistry, biology or biotechnology as compulsory subjects.
The Kerala NEET AYUSH stray vacancy round 2 is conducted to fill seats remaining after the first round of stray vacancy and the additional vacancies that arise for Ayurveda (BAMS), Homoeopathy (BHMS), Siddha (BSMS), and Unani (BUMS) courses.
The updated seat matrix for round 2 stray vacancy will be published separately. “The Stray Vacancy round 2 will be conducted to fill up the currently available vacant seats after stray round 1 and vacancies arising, if any. The net vacant seats after stray round 1 will be published later,” the Kerala CEE said.
Fresh applicants, who are listed in the revised rank list, will be eligible to participate in the stray vacancy round 2. As per the revised rank list published on November 11, a total of 44,428 candidates have been declared eligible for Ayurveda, Homeo, Siddha, and Unani courses based on NEET ranks 2025.
The revised rank list for the second round of stray vacancy counselling is expected to be released soon after the application deadline.
Kerala AYUSH Admission: Stray vacancy guidelines
The Kerala CEE has issued guidelines to participate in the stray vacancy round.
Candidates who have already applied under KEAM 2025 are not required to submit a fresh application. Submitting multiple applications may lead to disqualification.
Fresh applicants who are seeking fee concession and reservation benefits are required to upload the supporting documents along with the application.
Students applying for the first time will only be considered against the reservation categories available after stray round 1. No additional opportunity to submit supporting documents will be provided.
These candidates will be considered based on their category and the seat availability after the stray vacancy round-1.

Fresh applicants are required to upload the following documents to claim the reservation benefits.
- Class 10 certificate
- Date of birth certificate
- Nativity proof
- Community certificate
- Non-creamy layer certificate for state education purposes
- EWS certificate
- Income certificate
