KVS Admission 2026-27: Registration for Balvatika, Class 1 begins; apply by April 2

The KV Balvatika and Class 1 admission 2026 application forms are made available at the official website, admission.kvs.gov.in
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has started the registration for admission to Balvatika and Class 1 for the academic year 2024-25 from today, March 20. Parents or guardians have to complete the Kendriya Vidyalaya admissions process online through the official website, admission.kvs.gov.in.
As per the schedule, the last date to submit the KV application form for Balvatika and Class 1 is April 2 at 11:59 pm. For Class 2 and above (except Class 11), registration will be open from April 2 to April 10.
The KVS Balvatika first selection list will be released on April 8, while the Class 1 selection list will be announced on April 9.
If seats remain vacant, the Sangathan will release the 2nd and 3rd provisional selection lists on April 16 and April 21, respectively.

The selection list of KV Balvatika 2 and Class 2 will be published on April 13. Applicants should note that the registration process for Class 11 will begin 10 days after the declaration of Class 10 board exam results 2026.
KVS admissions for Class 1 are done through an online lottery and category system. For Classes 2 to 8, admission is based on priority categories and an offline lottery, and may include entrance or admission tests.

Follow the instructions to fill out the application form for KV admission to Balvatika and Class 1.
- Go to the official website, admission.kvs.gov.in
- Fill in the KV admission form 2026 for Balvatika or Class 1
- Ensure all the information mentioned in the KV admission form is correct and submit.
- Check the KVS admission list.
- If selected, submit the required documents along with the fees to the respective KVs.
