LPU’s integrated BBA and BCom courses offer students experiential learning through internships, workshops, hackathons, research projects, educational visits, and study abroad opportunities.

The Lovely Professional University (LPU), through its Mittal School of Business, has launched industry-integrated BBA and BCom courses that combine academic learning with specialised programmes and experiential learning, aligned with evolving business and commerce careers.
According to the LPU press release, the new courses aim to bridge the gap between classroom education and professional expectations. The programmes combine academic learning with practical experiences through live projects.
The practical learning experiences will include internships, industry collaborations, workshops, hackathons, guest lectures, professional certifications, MOOCs, research and incubation projects, educational visits, study abroad opportunities, and hands-on learning through activities such as live stock trading, drop shipping projects and problem-solving.
LPU’s BCom course offers a foundation in commerce, accounting, finance, taxation, and business management with industry-relevant specialisations and globally recognised careers.
The key offerings of BCom in FinTech and Artificial Intelligence in collaboration with Paytm, BCom in Management Accounting and International Finance integrated with US-CMA, and BCom in International Accounting courses integrated with UK-ACCA.
While the BBA programmes aim to equip students with skills aligned with growing business sectors. Students can opt for courses in artificial intelligence and machine learning, Cargo, logistics and supply chain management, along with emerging domains such as digital marketing, business analytics, and financial markets.
“Supported by practical learning through live business projects, stock market simulations, entrepreneurship initiatives, and drop shipping exercises, these programmes prepare graduates for careers across technology-driven businesses, consulting, finance, marketing, logistics, and the corporate sector,” the LPU press release adds.
At the university, students can actively participate in internships, research, innovation projects, entrepreneurship initiatives, and experiential learning opportunities, which prepare them for the growing tourism ecosystem.
