MAH AAC CET 2026: Candidates allotted seats must confirm admission and pay the fee between July 30 and August 3.
The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has announced the MAH AAC CET 2026 round 1 seat allotment result for admissions to Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) programmes offered by participating institutes across the state. Those who participated in the first round of the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) can check their allotment status by logging in to official counselling portal using registration number and password.

Seats have been allotted on the basis of candidates' merit ranks, category, reservation rules, seat availability and the choices filled during the option entry process. MHT counselling is being conducted in two CAP rounds for admission to fine arts programmes in Maharashtra.
Those who have been allotted a seat can check the allotted institute and programme. Those satisfied with the allotment can confirm their admission by accepting the seat and completing the subsequent admission formalities by August 3 and those who wish to participate in the next counselling round may choose the option available under the counselling guidelines.
Registration for counselling was conducted between July 7 and 19, 2026. The provisional merit list was published on July 21, and candidates were allowed to submit grievances by July 22. The final merit list was released on July 23, after which the CET Cell published the category-wise seat matrix on July 24.
Steps to check MAH AAC CET 2026 round 1 seat allotment
Candidates can follow these steps to download allotment letter
- Go to the official MAH AAC CET counselling portal
- On homepage, click on the CAP Round 1 seat allotment link
- Log in using the registered email ID/application number and password
- View the allotted college and programme
- Download and save the allotment letter for future references
Post downloading the letter, candidates should carefully verify details such as their name, application number, allotted institute, course and category before proceeding with seat acceptance. For more details, one can go to the official website.
