NEW DELHI : The overall pass percentage of Class 12 students in Maharashtra board exams 2024 went up by 2.12 percentage points this year. The Maharashtra Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) declared the HSC result 2024 today through a press conference. 93.37% students have been declared successful overall, as per reports. The pass percentage of science students stands at 97.82% while arts students recorded 85.88%. The passing rate of commerce students is 92.18% this year.
Girls have outperformed boys yet again by recording a pass rate of 95.44% while the overall pass percentage of boys stands at 91.60%, according to the reports.
Moreover, the higher secondary students have recorded 100% pass percentage in as many as 24 subjects, the reports said. 8,782 candidates reportedly passed with more than 90% score.
